Ticket Gates/Plazas Open – 3:30 PM

Lawn & Seating Areas Open – 4:00 PM

Show Begins – 5:15 PM

**This show will be PACKED and heavy concert traffic is expected. We encourage fans to ARRIVE EARLY and take a rideshare or carpool so you don't miss a thing!

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or EZ Out Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find them at Gate 2. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise.
For taxis and ride shares, head to our southeast entrance off of Ridgeland Ave.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here. 

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to our Cash to Card Booth near Gate 5 (in the South Plaza), and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
Open on show days starting at 12pm.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the north and south plazas.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING
Sorry, we don't allow it. Overnight camping and parking are also no-go's. Be cool, wait until you're inside the venue to party.
